Corporate Profile Report: This report displays the head office address, names and addresses of active directors
and officers, indicates the last document filed and some historical information such as name
history and amalgamating corporations (if formed by amalgamation).

| Document List: This report identifies all documents filed by the
corporation with Government on or after June 27, 1992. (list includes the filing date for each document)
|
| Business Names List: This report sets out all business names registered or renewed
by the corporation within the last five years. The business name, Business Identification Number (BIN),
registration date, and expiry date are included on this report.

| Corporation Point In Time Report:
The report sets out the information filed by the corporation at a specific point in
time since June 27, 1992. Includes head office address, names and addresses
of active and ceased directors and officers, indication of the last document filed by the
corporation as of that specific point in time, and some historical information such as name
history and amalgamating corporations.

| Certificate of Status or Compliance:
The Certificate of Status or Compliance provides the current status of the corporation certified by the
relevant authority.
