Corporation Business Names List - Ontario only |
A report showing all active or renewed business names filed by the corporation within the last five
years. Displays the full business name, registration or renewal date and the Business Identification Number (BIN).
More information is available by ordering a Business Names Search.
This report can be ordered individually or as part of the Profile Report. The report is
only valid if active Business Names exist.
Expired/Inactive Business Names Lists (Ontario only) if page 2 of an Ontario Corporate
Profile report indicates Inactive Business Names on file - YES",
a report can be obtain by supply page one and two of the Profile Report.

Corporation Document List - Ontario |
Displays all documents filed by the corporation since June 27, 1992 and forward. Identifies
the name of the document filed, the filing date and person authorizing the filing.
It also indicates if the corporation has received any default notices.

Corporation Point-In-Time Report - Ontario only |
This report displays information of the corporation as of a specific date specified since
June 27, 1992. Includes all active directors and officers and some historical information, such as, amalgamations, name
histories and any inactive officers and directors with their cease date are reported (provided the documents were filed after June 27,
1992). *This report is used to confirm changes on record of a coporation as of the date of a Notice of Change filed.
The date of the Point-In-Time report should be obtained from the Document List.

current status of the corporation. All corporations are verified
on the Electronic Corporate Index (ECI) prior to ordering the
Certificate of Status.
The equivalent product for Federal Corporations is the Certificate of Compliance which also
displays the current status of the Corporation.
Certificate of No Record / Non-Filing - Ontario only |
Certificate of No Record - If a corporation has no record in the Ontario
Business Information System (ONBIS) this certificate can be issued.
Certificate of Non-Filing - applies to documents/information contained in the Ontario Business
Information System (ONBIS) on or after June 27, 1992. It will not include data before June
27, 1992.
